you cannot use pay because armed forces pays premium. its by seniority of appt

Ok my gauge was using progression

E.g degree holder 13 to 12 is LTA to CPT

And 12-11 is CPT to MAJ 1
11A is to MAJ 2.

That's what I'm basing it on.

Use appt more accurate:.

Uniform rank = uniform appt// dxo appt

Col = Commander// Director
Ltc and sltc = br hd// DD
Major = sect hd// AD
CPT = staff officer// asst mgr - snr mgr

Degree grad are emplaced to CPT + 1 yr after degree, provided pass IPPT.
Degree grad are employed at DX9 for dxo.

If mx13-12 is cohort promo for degree holders, I think it would be like that
2LT
LTA
CPT(1)
CPT(2)
MAJ(1)
MAJ(2)
LTC(1)
LTC(Superscale)
SLTC
COL

LTC regulars usually holding CO (or DD appointment in HQ)
COL is Commander or Director

Anyone can link to a good salary range for each of the various SAF ranks?

Does anyone know what's my CEP? My Director said they managed to raise it at the last ranking session.
What does confirmation increment means? Is it like you were a contract staff then the confirmation = permanent emplacement?

Received my promo news but only got promoted from MX12B to the base salary of MX11A.. Is this normal as I expected more? Also my total increment % (pi + vmi) is 0.7% lesser than the total increment 2 years back when i was promoted within MX12B? Does anyone same thing and why? HR told me is due to low vmi as a result of covid.... quite a disappointment

well, you got a higher upper limit payscale of 71xx now so enjoy.

i suppose you are on the extended mx scheme rather than the scheme

its because you were not eligible for increment during the cycle as you were less than 1 yr kf svc so now they give you back the increment
