I was offered as MX12 but the position is senior exec. Was wondering why is it not a manager position… Also, I did local part time studies while working, about 7 years experience. Was given 3.8k. Is this ok?

depends on agencies. honestly, designation is not so important, the key is the pay and grade

mine was $270 for a B+ @ mx11a also low due to covid.
my colleague promoted to mx10 last yr, increment is 5.7% only

7 YOE should be MX11 or 11A no?

MX11A usually near to 10 yrs experience..

the reason is your 7 years is not considered 7 years post uni hence mx12 is correct as you are porbably considered 3 years exp max
