Mindef annual bonus added up to min. 4 months.. Your current is only 2-3. If you think no attractive then dont accept? 8k is good enough, no way they will pay you 9k or whatsoever. It is mindef, not tech company.

actually its possible. but unlikely to be 8k @ mx11a.
still a lie.
mx11a cap at 8.4/8.5k. if agency offer you 8k, you should be put into mx10.

This is true, they won’t offer you pay scale near the band ceiling. 8k for new joiners probably will be the next band if any.
