Lol second upper?! You living under the cave ah no wonder only can qualify for acn. At least bother reading the previous pages even the employees themselves also say they pass cert of gpa 2 plus (won’t name who but you can find the person ownself say one lol). Anyway Accenture doesn’t look at gpa or honours bro, just need ppl to fight fire lol. But of course if you can’t perform at work then out you go.

Anyone working in Accenture now can confirm if gpa and honours is really required for analyst? And if so what’s the minimum? Does it mean a third class
Honours grad won’t have a chance too?

Yea actually can anyone who know validate? Been hearing two versions some say grades don’t matter but work performance does. While some say grades matter minimum second upper?

Agree, work performance speaks more than your grades. As far as I know during my time here, no one has been discriminated by their grades or honours in uni, I don’t think it matters tbh. Once you get the offer you’re in. Let your uni performance be your past be it good or bad, focus on your job and do your best, you’ll do fine.

already said a lot of time honour doesn't matter
my suggestion is, during ur interview sound sincere, if u dk anything nvm, just show the boss that u willing to learn
even ur GPA is very low, ACN willing to give u a chance
remember attitude matter then most not the technical thing

Can confirm what zero_88 said, once you get in just leave your honours behind it’s the past. Be open to learn and grow and you’ll do ok at work.

True lol. We have all been mentioning, honours doesn't matter. So long your GPA not piece of crap, it's not hard to get in. Important to show you've the hunger to learn.
Once you're in the firm, unless you've got a MBA from a top school, else it's all about your networking skills, how you suck up to your immediate supervisors and work performance liao.
