Anyone in the Sales Development Program? How is it like and is it good? Quite confusing with being in both TAP and this, although so competitive with only 4 people selected…

Song can jump career levels. CL11 > CL9 > CL7.
but i guess if you are from TAP and got promoted to CL10, and you go over to Song you will still be CL10 then CL9 then CL7.
"easier" to promote, i guess cus of the significantly lesser headcount compared to tech and S&C.

do you know of anyone who has managed to do this?
actually do song people work on separate projects by themselves without s&c and tech? or they are just there for the very initial system interface design phase to do the uiux

Tech headcount is really huge sia. But song not much project also a lot is internal. But heard the work life balance pretty good leh. Not too bad can consider
