EY? How to compare? Do different stuff leh.
NCS? Pay wise maybe. The rest? Not same tier leh. ACN has better brand, prestige, culture and global presence. Not even in the same tier lol.
Closest would be the WITCH companies liao. But they're probably worse to work in than NCS lol.
But I'll say in tech consulting alone, ACN is top tier already. The rest is a tier or two below. Deloitte would probably be the closest to ACN liao.

They just announced it, effective start of July. But I'm very skeptical of the application.
The fact they have to emphasize in example "we don't want you all now start comparing who took more leave or afraid it'll affect evaluation".

If honours don’t matter why gpa not a piece of crap matters lol, doesn’t gpa determines your honours they’re both practically the same thing, you’re contradicting yourself leh

It does lol if not what’s the point of having different grades of honours? How can a first class honours and a third class honours or even a pass cert get the same job and be colleagues? That’s fking unfair bro. First class honours is still given priority I will say.

dude, your class of honors matters only with what you do with it. In civil service grades matter to your starting pay to the tune of $500/mth in some places. Some IB banks dont even look at you if you dont have FCH or at least 2nd upper w relevant portfolio. Ofc in these places, grades matter alot if not the most.
it just doesnt matter in acn.
if you would like to be differentiated based on your grades then just dont come to acn. literally. that simple.

That’s why Accenture sucks lol. If a company don’t differentiate the people they employ base on grads and honours, how good can the company be I wonder lol, people with bad grades expect them to perform as good as those with fch or second upper? Impossible right.
Wonder those who come to Accenture can only stay stuck in this company, exit opportunities aren’t even that good.

I think matters at acn also right if not why there’s contractor and full timers. So can assume the full time analysts are those with good grades and honours (second upper) and contractors are those with bad grades (like third class, pass cert no honours) right?

hate to break it to you but the reason why differentiate between contractor and full timer is purely a headcount issue. thats it.
urgently require manpower specifically bc ppl quit due to high turnover? == contract
bothered to apply for TAP? == TAP
couldnt be bothered to apply for TAP but try luck and applied for normal posting? == full timer
i am telling you. acn just doesnt have that emphasis on grades. other places do. or is it you FCH but yet cannot get interviews elsewhere?
anyway, if you have other options, avoid acn lol. you will be seconded to places and most of them will treat you like 2nd class citizens regardless of your grades and expect u to pull long hours. such is the life of a vendor.
