For those who are going for the Elevate Experience, do you mind sharing your experience here?

Hi, I applied for TAP - Grad consulting analyst during first week of Feb, got Hackerrank invite on 9 Feb, then invite on 18 Feb for Elevate Experience for which I chose the 19 March session anyone else going for the same session?

In all honesty, many of us in consulting line think strategy is more sexy, but it’s not a must to be in that line…mbb is not the only place with decent brand and exit opportunities, it’s not the end of the world to be at acn

There are many rewarding and well compensating jobs other than strategy

However if you are bent on doing strategy consulting, acn would kinda be a waste of time unless u go to acn strategy, because you will be learning and doing very little that is relevant

Id argue even going to big 4 strategy (which pays lower than acn for grad) might be better in this case

And for an individual who maybe only have acn mc offer still possible to jump ship to MBB in future?

Rb is not the best boutique (given Oliver wyman and delta partners are paying out 8-9k)
However the projects you do and the learning you get is quite important, especially if you are bent on doing strategy only

Acn does a huge deal of stuff outside strategy and is a good company, but not the right place for strategy except perhaps acn strategy

The big 4 do not pay fresh grade more than 5k (whether or not you brand it strategy& or monitor) what u are seeing are lateral junior hires being paid more possibly from tier 2s

Wts then those who applied when the opening just came out didn’t even hear back yet. So means we are rejected….. which really sucks cos some of us were summer interns sianz

for this year's Elevate experience, is it being held online or in-person? the venue (hosted on location) on the email has confused me

Was this for the latest opening that was put out around end jan-early Feb where they segregated the consulting and technology under TAP? Or was it for the earlier TAP opening?

Do you have consulting experience in the past? I wonder how they decide on which application to process first. Nothing against you just rather curious cos it’s quite absurd where past interns or even applicants with consulting internships at other consulting firms or I know one who even had MBB intern experience did not even hear back from acn…..

You applied for the opening that was put up earlier as TAP right and not the recent one “Graduate Consulting Analyst - Talent Advancement Program”? Cos I went for the TAP pod talk yesterday and a few were asking in the chat box for this recent opening, and the HR replied saying they only started processing applicants end Feb….

This opening was put up around 28 Jan. so many applicants and no one on this thread?

Anyone for this latest opening heard back?? Myself and a few have not received anything after applying for this opening.
