Rb is not the best boutique (given Oliver wyman and delta partners are paying out 8-9k)
However the projects you do and the learning you get is quite important, especially if you are bent on doing strategy only
Acn does a huge deal of stuff outside strategy and is a good company, but not the right place for strategy except perhaps acn strategy
The big 4 do not pay fresh grade more than 5k (whether or not you brand it strategy& or monitor) what u are seeing are lateral junior hires being paid more possibly from tier 2s
