Same. I got 0.8 mth first year as analyst. 0.8 of base pay 4050 that time. Still need minus cpf. Net 2.5k+ only, very pathetic.

Agree. So far I heard most people get 0.8-1 mth of base pay. Only heard 1 CL9 consultant got 1.5 mth but she was very hardworking work everyday til midnight + weekend that kind.

Dun rely too much on those bonus
good performance is a very subjective thing
focus on the monthly salary

The bonus is useless one. But then to say. I notice a trend, a lot people will quit in Jan/Feb after taking bonus

Nope. Usually analyst or senior analyst quit liao. That’s why TAP now got the express promo scheme. To retain people. Last time 1.5yr-2yr+ then promote to senior analyst is the normal

Tapper is new initative
It is only selected few
and also there might be some drawback, if u cannot performance in year 2, they might ask u to roll out
last time they can close one eye and keep u
