welcome to working life mate, even worse than uni some grading criteria in the workplace can be a complete black box and lack any kind of transparency lol. not to mention u havent even accounted for politics and optics yet.

Wonder if those who accepted the offers regret now… but the way Accenture is doing now can understand why so many leave… poor thing ot until like crazy but still face with this kind of potential “roll out”

Mostly only leadership level gets to be posted overseas and majority are to India. If you’re analysts or even consultants your chance is extremely Low or in fact zero. Acn is not like the tier 2s that includes travel.
