Not Csb… but the new intakes of fresh grads really a lot cmi. Many from SIM GE. Really shocked to see SIM GE grads drawing same starting pay of 4.9k as the local U grads

We all need to wake up. Seen many local uni grads that frankly have lower EQ and surprisingly IQ as well compared to these private u grads. Go big 3 doesn’t guarantee success unfortunately
