Acn technology sucks - just implementing and testing for the users to use the systems only. Your tech titles are just fancy names, in actual fact, just implementation worker which everyone can do with or without technical knowledge. Come to Microsoft, IBM, AWS, FAANG, we don’t want lol not qualified. Better off going NCS, SingTel or stay put in Acn being implementation worker. Don’t even know why “tech analyst” here so proud LOL, give free to us in FAANG we also don’t want. Thick skin sia

Probably the team leads haven't picked up on your profile bah. HR can only do so much but whether the project want to interview you is another 🥵

But for my business analysis pod although I’m also consulting development analyst but like even all the business and integration analyst also in this BA pod and I’m not even doing consulting work, all of us in this pod do the same work as those business and tech analysts holding the Business Analyst role.
So does it mean those few consulting people in the BA pod are not organically consulting like management consulting? Whereas the change management pod is purely consulting right based on how it looks? No wonder recruiters don’t offer change management pod easily…in fact have asked for it but was sent to BA pod instead

Yea man, when I asked for CM pod they were very cautious to tell me to keep an open mind hahaha guess it's cause really limited spots. From what I know, each project usually the CM team is already quite small, so naturally! Also Im not too sure on this but I think HR can highlight your profile to projects you prefer also but at the end of the day it's up to the team leads if they think you're suitable. Poor HR always kenna hate

This is also why you see change management pod with really little people literally 4x lesser than the BA and other tech and software pods. HR doesn’t automatically promote change management pod or even offer it. People are selected into it by project request.
With that said, no one is saying that tech is bad or whatsoever. It really depends on your strengths and most importantly interest. If you’re in tech but is more interested in consulting, then I guess try applying for certain project roles that touches a little on consulting and see if you really enjoy it. If so and you want to switch to consulting, yes it’s really tough, but under TAP I guess you can switch to BA pod as the closest.

If first project is under Chance Management pod, will they give you like BA pod after or keep you in CM
