If negotiated successfully and gotten a higher salary than previously offered, will promotion follow this difference in the salary? Or will promotion end up getting the same pay for next level as the rest? So basically like do we have to negotiate with each promotion thereafter or once the pay given when you join will be followed?

General TAP was the first opening and they combined the consulting and software pods, thereafter then they separated the pods out into the graduate technology analyst - tap and graduate consulting analyst - tap openings.
