Accenture don't have AWS, but have performance bonus (PB), ranging from 0-3 mths.
3 months is for those Talent Discussion (TD) top tier one, normally 2-3% people have nia.
2.5 months is for those next top 5%.
then average people their PB is normally 1-2 months max, depending on how your career counsellor represent you during TD.
But so have people 0 month one, I got 2 friends kena 0 month and $0 increment. One is performance not good, one is argue with project manager tio escalate to managment.

Minimally should be able to reach manager / senior manager if one has the technical skills and client skills.
Beyond that, at the director / managing director level, it requires technical skills, client skills and sales skills. If you can't protect the existing revenue stream or bring in a new book of business, you will never be director / managing director.
