Anyone working in ACN? can you tell me how many ppl in acn actually get the "mid year pay adjustment"? is it everyone will get one?
is it only selected people only? How do they select? is it by performance?

To be honest, actually CC can't really do much, it's your project leads that determine your promotion.
I would say, go for some interviews to get gauge on how current value.
No point sticking to some event that might not even happens.

Well not necessarily. People can be in short term projects here and there, and may be inbetween projects at time of evaluation. The only constant is your CC. It is up to your CC to contact your project leads and form a cohesive evaluation before he/she takes it up with your practice leads on whether you should be promoted. But that being said, it is my own experience and you should take anything you see online with a pinch of salt.

His boss is sim uol 3 years come out 2:2 and 4k+ starting. Mai siao, that is his level ok.
