But good job for confirming it via intranet. It's always good to have the most updated information, so that we can see how policies have changed from the past.
ahhh ok. thanks for sharing. seems like last time more lenient. wonder why moe decided to change it. so now minimally need C- for them to pay you in that year?

Double edged sword. The more visible you are, the more heavily it will weigh you down if you make mistakes.

Better to do 1 high impact initiative with a small mistake, than having no one realise you exist.
Besides, scope of work is limited to being seen by only RO, it's worse that there's mistakes.

Of course don't make any of the 3 big nonos.

I’ll speak on her behalf, a friend and a colleague, and we both teach the same combination.

She’s 48. Teaches two core subjects and contributes extensively to level and school wide curriculum for both subjects. Heads PLT in her first CS and a contributing member in her 2nd CS. Sits in two of the biggest committee in the school (CCE and student management) where she heads school wide events/programmes/projects. She is also in another third committee, publicity, where she does public engagement (Open House). I/C of CCA (SYF). She’s also an IM. Was a CCE and level coordinator until they realised she was holding too many roles. Duh!

She would make a wonderful capable KP but she was never interested. She hit GEO5 ceiling five years after joining and was stuck at the ceiling until last year with the meagre $200 revision.
