My colleague M2 already 12k. He said he promoted to M3 just 12.5k complain alot. Say it's not even a promotion. More like annual increment.

He find it hard to accept that his pay increase is just 500 dollars.
Funny story is our M1 his salary increase is only 50 dollars.

The fresh grad put 6.5k, so the team lead. So he went interview, lunch time bitch to us that fresh grad now starting pay so high. That's how we know.

Whether HR actually match that salary or not is different. Cause one year the applicant accepted the job but was offered lower pay bexuae of "higher" bonus promise. But turned out bonus is also low. So basically got cheated.

That's why alot of ppl quit after 1 year get bonus.

Previously in IT support roles which paid less than 5k. That why did not ask for more.

Around 20% .. got low ball by SME companies previously as I thought covid period job market still recovering. 2020-2022 period . But get to work most of time. Now in ST no more WFH.

Normal. We hired a fresh grad last year E5 only 4.2k

So if people from FAANG come and apply into ST, will they match what they are earning ? Or just lowball maximum ?
