There is no M5/6. The salary depends mainly on when you join since the yearly increment is a joke.

E6 already 5k+. although M1 overlap with E6 salary but M1 lower band is 5.8k

The fresh grad put 6.5k, so the team lead. So he went interview, lunch time bitch to us that fresh grad now starting pay so high. That's how we know.
Whether HR actually match that salary or not is different. Cause one year the applicant accepted the job but was offered lower pay bexuae of "higher" bonus promise. But turned out bonus is also low. So basically got cheated.
That's why alot of ppl quit after 1 year get bonus.
