true, I have seen degree E6 with 5 years YOE drawing 4.8k, new hire E6 degree with 3 YOE drawing 6k

Confirm got difference what .. if no difference why people waste time study degree. The main thing is fresh degree grad E5 getting more than degree E6.

Formerly from ST Land Systems. First job after grad. 4.2. After 2 years E6 pay only 4.7ish. Jitao throw and ran away.
