We just hired an E5. I signed off the hire application its just 4.2k.
What 5k nonsense. My division alot of existing E6 not even 5k...
Is that why nobody want to help new hire?

If the BU is the core business function probably yes. If it's those BU that tenders for every little small project to do, then the salary will likely be lower.
