We can't seem to hire any.
So HR just sent one applicant with some resume that he have taken some analytics online course.
told my boss this candidate doesn't any relevant skillset.
Boss say give people chance. I told him I won't be available for interview.
Boss hired him.
2 weeks already.
This new guy totally not software trained. His past job also don't have any software backround.
So I ask the new guy how is he going to contribute to the team?
He said during the interview, the boss said the role is more on managing....
I. M. G.
SURE SO WE HIRE A E5 to manage us ah?
Our milestone is a viable software solution to solve a real world problem.
And the management solution is here I hire you a skillless nobody to help manage your work..
What a joke this company.
Where are all the data analytics. Data scientist? Big data analyst guru?

Appreciate if you can list your salary and/or make any adjustments to the ranges below.

My colleague went from M1 to M3 within 2 reorg cycle.
How can HR allow this when you have E6 who still haven't been promoted for 8 years and HR allow one staff to be promoted twice within 3 years??

Not sure why fresh grad starting pay for software is 5k.
