Your figures all outdated. There was salary revision for all the MX level.

Update: Outcome applied May 2024.

The process in between stages was fast - received first test after 3 days of applying

1. Logical Test - comprehension skills
2. Written Test - your motivation & what you look for in your career down the road
3. Personality Test

I was rejected after.

Ngl it felt like a waste of time seeing if we’re both a match (especially 99% of the time I don’t even know if they are a match for me due to their vague jd).
