But to be honest, Accenture is one of the best ones already of IT vendors for employee. Try go Tata, there you really.. haha…

If you were to rank them by this employee experience, how would it look like? Sounds like you would put tata at the bottom. Why ah?

Depends on project.
Worked in so called bad company in the list before, but my Indian boss don’t even care what time I come to work and end work as long I delivery. I even worked from JB/ bkk, he okay one.
Worked in so called better company under Singaporean boss. Everyday stand up 9:15am, stupid max

By doing data patch , instead of code fixes ?

The engineer I met seem like the type who only memorize exam dumps and don't know what to do in a dynamic environment. They don't know how to find solutions, like googling if something doesn't work. Instead, they just act clueless, waiting, and ask the client what to do. I'm not sure what's happened to Accenture's candidates nowadays, maybe it's just an isolated case, but this is how I feel, especially since I've been told Accenture is the best SI among all.

to be fair Accenture in the US is way better, their interviews are stricter etc, SG accenture is a dogpile, anyhow hire that's why in SG accenture is seem as a joke even though it's a F500 tech company that's respected in MCOL areas of the US.

Can't say for sure. Just anecdotally... Was a mixed bag experience in my last interaction with them. Some really good ones from dunno which local software engineering group, but problems arise when it comes to remote offshore squads with diff timezone (we all know where it is).
Squads from around this region with same timezone seems to be more decent and some can match the really good ones here. Cost is a factor ba.
