This rubbish company with rubbish unlimited leave policy flagged me out when I was on bench waiting for project interview opportunity (Whole process so slow, project interview slow, project pending client for SOW/finalize role) and took leave. Bonus also so little, salary no rebaseline for existing employees. Anywhere else doing Tech work also earn at least 10% more la

Aldy got offer near next level CL but chose to stay since timeline approaching next level. Didn’t expect they dropped the bomb by saying no salary increment after I rejected it
