sorry, anyone received error when applying for OPE?

uploaded whatever was needed, but upon clicking it says error.

after coming back to check, the dashboard says submitted already though (in progress). not sure if the uploaded documents went through??

There is a contact person in each advertisement right..? Why not call/email them directly to check? You rather ask in an anonymous forum and waste one day waiting for replies that are useless in confirming whether your specific recipient actually got your documents?

Don’t get it why I seem to be getting lesser than some… Been getting quite consistent A/Bs (except for default C for year of promotion and C+s during my 2 years in HQ).

wa. is it your starting pay lower? like you were no honours/3rd class/2nd lower?

then maybe you bridge the gap over the years.

actually you on par with the males with similar yrs based on that table so not bad liao

Yours looks fine. The GEO5A in that list is a stellar performer and started at a higher salary point as she is mid-career.

the thing is i submitted multiple applications. same thing happened to all of them so i suspect its just a system glitch. i will definitely call one of them to ask tomorrow. and also, i submitted a few hours ago just now in the evening, they would probably have knocked off already.

and instead of sounding aggressive, i would rather you don't reply at all. thanks.

The salary that you guys shared are the gross amounts?

I’m at 5.3k, 14 years in service. GEO4. Covering HOD, doing a lot a lot of work, and I’m just a Dip Ed. Some years ago I had wanted to do a degree in NIE but my then P said it will not help as the system has changed, and that there won’t be adjustments but it will be more performance based.

That’s really sad.
