unless ur job is a single band (dx9), most people promote to dx10 if their job is at least 9-10.

There's B, S and P for each number. Unless you're hardstuck and cannot promote any further then they will promote you to P and you've basically hit your ceiling.

Hello! I'm also undergoing the interview process, just wondering whether unit preview applies to all divisions?
So far i've had 1 round of interview with the directors, after which they didn't give any verbal offer or unit preview but HR asked me for additional documents (payslips, transcripts etc).

Is this normal and indicative that they most likely offering me the job?

Yeap that happened for my case too! Can share which role/dept you applied to? I understand not all roles have more than 1 round of interview / unit preview.

been 4 weeks since i submitted g50 form still no news, it’s only for cat 2A. is this normal? :/

Hi just wondering how you all know the category of your G50? is it stated on the form? when i did mine i dont recall seeing the cat

Hello! Sorry if this is a dumb question, I hope someone can help

I joined as and am currently a DX9, but when I did the PMR thing electronically this year, next to my name it said DX10S. I wasn’t informed I got promoted… is there a letter/was my boss supposed to tell me? Or is the announcement at a later date? Or did I not get promoted and it’s some sort of error?
