I suggest you network yourself out of your job instead
Surely you have batch mates in nicer posts. Maybe their side has opening. Ask them intro you to their bosses. It won’t be an immediate solution but I feel it is better you stay uniformed.
I only have experience working with DXOs in DPOs and they don’t have much WLB either. While they feel their uniformed colleagues pull their weight, there is some mild resentment that they get paid more for the same job
Another solution is just to f care your performance grade and just go home when you need to be. Get F lor, get scolded lor. Decide what is impt. Go do no do wait for 10th

Something authoritative about DXO benefits. Probably outdated in the details but should be accurate in broad terms

Grass is always greener situation. Getting lower pay for same job here, it's not better even WLB wise. The entire culture is toxic so unless you want to leave entirely you're stuck dealing with it one way or the other, but better to do it with a higher pay.

Saw on Google maps there is a Gombak Recreation Club with swimming pool
DXOs can use? Open after office hours?
Or always got a lot of stars swimming inside so junior DXOs just avoid?

How long was your notice period?
For those who accepted mindef offer while currently employed, how much notice period did you all give mdf hr when discussing start date? 1/2/3 months before start date? and are they usually willing to wait for candidates? TIA!

DD is typically DX14-15. Pay range not too sure. if i extrapolate based on the info i have, the upper limit is 12-13k. lower maybe close to 9-10k?
