What happens if all the managers quit? my dept left 1 manager only. Means the project gg alr?

that said, it's mainly managers resigning at my side. not sure why so few senior resigned this year compared to previous years.

Its because the covid generation senior probably cui, so the manager need to do fieldwork or issue too many review points. Partner will kan the manager first.

Not that the top cares... the manager has to find a way somehow by OTing to study. That's what happened to my manager so she resigned without a job in hand.
