If you are home-buyer, you want property prices to drop. After you bought your property, you can't wait for prices to soar.

4 of my seniors got PIP this year even though their work seems fine. Apparently overhired, not sure if just an KP thing or same across all firms

Sometimes AMs are made manager-in-charge and there's no other managers on the job. They can sign off on files like a manager too.

actually you all can throw letter tml.
last time my batchmates all quit during january to pwn the firm. dec that time still can laugh and joke with manager and pretend to be loyal to the firm lol.
usually peak period start in 2nd week of jan cause client still do closing during 1st week. throw letter tml and you can leave on 1st feb.
