Most malaysians, once they smell sgd, they can never go back their village to retire bro.

We singaporeans get our million dollar condos for free since you JHK is paying for them. your rental covers my mortgage and interest btw. After a few years I get a free condo or sell for capital gains, or just collect rental yield bro. easy retirement for me. And also I rent out my HDB and condo fully, can close to 10k a month and go travel the world.

CPF interest is the highest, not forgeting we get free 18% extra salary from employer. Where to get such a good deal?

Oh wait, malaysian government didnt look out for their citizens, poor thing. so many sour grapes here. betray their country to grow my lovely singapura, oh singapura~

jokes on you jhk

This i agreed. im a jhk. nowadays rental getting high and high. is very easy money for owner to from we. and i live this condo many of days since 2019. the singapore exchanges rate is getting highest so i am rich in malaysia but poor in singapore. i wanted PR since i come audit singapore but is reject now.

many of me and my friend are all auditor in big4 and apply pr but reject. once us get PR, we intension to leave big 4 because other place will pay me cpf as well. i dont need big 4 cpf encashing

Partner dont even know who are you tbh, and they might not even remember your initial that you sign off on audit software.

“Partner track” has been phased out since donkey years ago, even before year 2000.

There’s no such thing now.. everyone join the firm as even A1 (or A2 if returning intern hnder accelerated program)

Please keep up with the times, even SAF also no more leadership batch, every intake got chance to go command school now.
