they can do vouching and help to send bank confirmation. this one no need ifrs knowledge or knowledge of journal entries. forever stuck at a1 or intern level

In my school and during my time, POA is only for those people who e maths got less than 65 marks and don’t qualify to take amaths.

I don't fully agree. I think advanced accounting (consolidation, forex, etc.) is difficult and worthwhile to learn. But, the pay for accounting/audit is indeed lower than other professions, and even more so, when we consider the amount of hours needed to grind at work.
