big 4 prefer to hire females. the ratio of females to males in my big 4 batch was like 7:3
even commercial also prefer to hire females. if you are the only guy in an all female team then the boss may treat you better provided you are handsome

anyone else successfully jumped to management accounting roles so far? have been applying this whole year but kept getting feedback that they don't want ex-auditors. did something happen lately and is that why students are not going into audit anymore?

Saw kpmg programme on hiring non-accounting graduate to work in audit.
Which genius partner idea to hire non-accounting trained grads to do audit.
Audit quality not poor enough alr?

Accounting grads come out do audit dunno ssa and frs also doing audit. Dunno english 1 also doing audit. What u expect?
