Did you guai-guai give your last drawn when asked, or did you at least try to refuse giving your last drawn salary?

If really not happy with the salary, find a better paying gig. Once accepted the offer, no recourse liao.
But if you treasure your current team/enviroment and training opportunities, I would say reconsider staying as this is something hard to come by easily imo, moreover another increment soon what. Where got coy keep sending employees for upgrade one, bloody shiok for personal growth I would say.

Similar situations here, thought Gov HR won't lowball me so accepted the offer even below my expected salary that I give.
When knew those fresh/junior salary higher then me, I feel shitty lose motivation now and then after learn the hard truth! More workloads, pay less, hard to promote compared to associate level.
