Why are we poor HTX dogs quarreling over some fake news

The only real news is the average staff does more work and get less reward compared to all the scholar and associates.

Zuo bo lan still can promote. Associate really good. Mid career dog like me can only suck thumb lan lan this year got promoted can laugh already. It's my 12th year working

Sorry but who is the everyone you are referring to? I'm not a scholar or associate and am XT6 with B this year and last year. The range is accurate.

Seems like you got severely short changed if you only got 2 to 2.3 for a B or B+ grading. You might want to clarify with HR.

The most memorable phrase I've heard from my director is "If you are not happy here, the door is always there. Please leave. Please do not stay and feel miserable, and end up giving bad scores for ESS / Pulse survey."

So I left. But the grass is always greener on the other side. Now want to go back also cannot. Want to quit, please think carefully.

HAHAHA accurate your head! Read the PB thread, this year almost all agencies got some lesser as compared to last year! If you are not associate or scholar..cut your ********. 3 months for B+ is likely for XT8 or XT9. No way for XT6. Unless you are saying they are compensating for lower salary so wanna put u in correct place. See your pay slip man.

Fully agree......to them the associates did more so they could promote. The real case was they gave those chances to associates
