appreciate and relevant/usefulness is two different things. thoughts are thoughts, we all have thoughts but isit useful to the org and what can be achieve from it? how many CE comes with all sorts of thoughts and left the org same?

Can anyone share the difference between assistant manager and manager? what are the different grades and payscale?

Difference: years in service, whether work function differs depends on dept but in my exp, no real diff. Manager might get to manage temps/AM
Payscale: Iirc AM (both grades) is low 3k to 6. M (both grades) is 6k to..9 plus?
