I totally forgot about this D3 thingy because I don't give a ****. haha. then I saw someone describing what was it and I have to admit, ya, just some school level envision paper. for me I didn't write an essay, I just write one-liner kind of statement for each because I honestly don't believe anything fruitful will come out of it, more of just helping someone clock his/her KPI. The major problem should be how to fill the gaps and mend the holes in the organisation, what went wrong and what should be done instead. if you don't solve the human factor thing, nothing else will work, not even the human brain.
