Which department are you working in? From what I know, most departments are working day and night, over weekends and at the beck and call of bosses.

Undergoes restructuring on a rather frequent basis. They had a pretty high turnover recently too. Culture-wise, most people are friendly.

Here's my assessment of our agency

CE is clearly not up to par, lack of domain knowledge and ZERO industry experience. Like what another person said, it probably resulted in some senior management quitting.

HR department is mainly young folks/fresh grads and refugees who did internal transfer. The essence of HR is missing in IMDA. HR is supposed to be the one department that can unite staff but that's not the case.
