44, retired
Owns 3 private properties, one landed for stay and two investment properties
Earns a passive income of $4k a month
Cash plus CPF $100k
Am I poor since I don't earn a salary?
I can't sell my investment properties as I need them for passive income
Please advise what I should do. Can't get work as too many foreigners take away my job

Your situation is not bad. Are your properties fully paid up? So that means your passive income is net of all propery-related expenses?

One fully paid, two almost fully paid. Yes, net of all property-related expenses.
Do you think $4k per month is enough for a family of four?
Or should I do some part time work?

I think you situation is pretty admirable. If your wife is working, your household expenses are pretty much covered, with a bit to spare even.
If I were you, I would be more aggressive and try doing business. If startup costs is something that puts you off, you can try businesses that require low startup capital, or you can try to seek funding.
If you have a skill, you can try freelancing too. Make additional money while doing something you like.
You're still young. It's a bit wasteful to just sit at home not doing anything.
