Your current grade is AD/SAD? Quite rare for first year B grade, usually it's default C.

I’m pretty sure engineers don’t follow the MX scheme.

To move to SEO while being a classroom teacher. One has to aim to become a senior teacher and higher. But that being said, it encompasses more.......

yup. SM is equivalence to mx10. M is mx11a.
DD is one level higher, similar to the SB i am at now.

Not a scholar, grad from a average overseas uni but was top student for that cohort.

Yes, that is what I heard also.
Even my colleague told me.
