what is the different between subject head and HOD?
is it like HOD is head of science while head of subject is head of physic or chem.

is your promotion due?
SH/LH vs normal teacher, the only difference is extra "SH" allowance.

Ultimately depends on the Mx grade rather than the appointment. Some ministries and departments have senior head appointments for Mx 12, some departments have associate appointments for mx12, some have senior associate position at MX11, some have Assistant director appointments at Mx 12. All depends on the Mx grade.

You mentioned that your ceiling at MAS is similar to the MOT stat board one.

Were you AD or DD at MAS?
