So what? Being an MX means u are part of the Ministry and therefore much safer. Know the pecking order.

yea I also dont know what this guy talking about. Whether you're in SB or min you're just as safe. Iron ricebowl. Even contract roles are safe, you will be renewed unless you screw up really badly.

yes, thats because govtech merged a portion of bonus to the basic, similar that of MAS
for e.g a grade H in govtech (mx11a), the ceiling is at 9.1k (inclusive of that bonus componeny spread across 12 months)
