First of all this is near impossible. If they do make it, I imagine they'll be late 40s at least.

The real draw would be your bonuses though, which will be a given every year and is generally better than the private sector.

Bonuses in private sector are dependent on the industry. Lower bonus may mean higher fixed monthly gross salary.
In my company, mid 8K (inclusive of AWS) can be obtained by 30 yo. Not counting variable bonus.
Not all private sector companies are the same.

All are on the MXO scheme with the same PSD mandated bonuses. Unless you’re on a special scheme then you’ll get higher bonuses.

Possible, but it's usually those with at least 20 years experience. In fact, some directors come from industry directly, esp for tech agencies.

Good that your company is paying very well. There is no conversation here at all, since Civil Service is poor in your views. Good luck in your career in the private sector.

MX14 to MX13
Hi, I'm a diploma grad with 2 years experience and got offered MX14 2.3K. I'm getting 2.5K (14months) at my previous job and got offer from another company at 2.8K (12+up to 2months).
Should I take the pay cut? And is there chance to get promoted to MX13?
Thanks for your advice in advance!

I mean... this is obviously the worst offer of the lost if you're even considering it, must be your passion or you're going for stability. Only you'll know what you really want. Of course, somethings can't be bought with money.
MX 13 is Entry level for Deg grad. May take you some time to reach there..
May I ask which Min/SB is that?
What position?
