There are scholarships outside of civil service you know... You heard of such things before?Or you think everything revolve around civil service?

Thank you for the advice! Anyway i was from private sector to public sector.. Have been in the work for ard 5 years before the pg scholarship is offered.. And yes, theres a bond to it.. Having been not studying for more than 10 years.. The thought of going back to school gives me the jittery.. But you are right too.. Its a good opportunity to take a break from work.

But yes I am currently in the public sector. Was from private sector prior to the switch.
