i grad 10 yrs ago. with keppel for 7 yrs (bonded for 5 yrs for both my honors and masters, went for overseas project for 1yr).. then join CS (one of the engineer ministry) as mx11a, left after a year.. join this consulting company, currently 2 yrs

guys, i am with a SB annual drawing about 110k.. is this equivalent to mx11 or 11a? anyone care to share?

Good for you. Private sector pays better compared fo CS? 200 pa is decent for 10 years. Dont think many can get this much given the normal job function in general.

Second upper honors from NUS, 4 year exp earning 120k p.a

Doing IT engineering in one of the specialised scheme .

Not good enough. 4 years can reach 200k. You were from NUS and specialised scheme.

eg. starting pay 4.5 in a 18mths package.. every yr increase 500, 6.5 now.. will be about 117 p.a

16 months package for c grade

Promoted twice during the 4 years. Got about 2 salary adjustment too as they wanted to retain talent.
