Spend time learning investing. How to get mortgage.

My young financial advisor from Tokyo Marine has Court of the Table. Meaning she earns about S$300k pa in her 20s.

And property agent has a freehold landed that she rents out for S$11k a mth. Married to a pilot and drives Porsche.

I am asking my younger son to consider to be a property agent or insurance agent when he grows up. He is not academically inclined and is homeschooling as he has school refusal.

I get your point . The issue is seperate though. GDFM is being looked down upon without an mmed , being made to do things that others do not want and yet get b

Once again, that highlights problem with public. One needs to fight for bonus. If you join a large gp group (e.g rmg), just see all pts that walk in during your shift and go home after. Don't need worry about pt load (unlike individual clinic owners), don't need worry about performance (coz pb is very little anyway)

It's more egalitarian than u think

Reality is gdfmer dun do much other than see patient.
Even for that some of them suck.
What he or she think is admin work doesn't qualify for performance.
She think the m.meder just sit in workgroups and get A.
