That is not an excuse. i am sure he still paid his clinic assistants and anchors. Anyone else can share horror stories of no payment so we can all be educated

20 years ago where got so much paper work?
Where got so many treatment for DM.

Patient don't complain also

Where got need to explore ice?

Anyway, ops number not necessary lower than private.
U go private one day u dun see 40 to 50 how to survive.

U can't work in ops If u weak or poorly trained.
Patient walk in u no farking idea how to control the consult they they bring u tour the world of cse see till u die.
Come in set agenda , over and done with.
Auntie ask extra say I not trained in this.
I can refer u if u need. Referral letter -> patient keen for speciality review
Any question?

No? bye. Take med.
That's the value of a m.meder in ops
Properly trained. Know what he knows or don't know.
Ask important questions and get things done.
Recognise all sorts of cases and presentation
45 a day can do sui sui.
