Clearly this is more a forum about MONEY
So nothing wrong with sharing the actual way to do well
Financially. It is NOT by your pathetic salary alone.

U people should do salary credit with UOB
one account. They give higher interest up to 7.8% for amt between S$75k to S$100k.

Thats the thing with career students who become drs
Know very little about finance and investing
Stocks. Interest rates. Economic cycles
All told from young kids become dr will be rich 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Reality is far from it.

Yeah, told my older boy to study Finance instead. He also don't want to be a Dr.

Wow, u actually can discuss about yr assets? Find it difficult to talk about such personal things with my colleagues, even salary.

My CD &D dont even hve a landed property , staying in leasehold condos
Keep money in bank will just depreciate to inflation
You may earn more but have less asset value if u dont invest your finances properly
If i was a D by now i buy 2 landed already

Some of us GDFM FPs are in landed , we earn lesser but smartly took the loan to buy
Conservative financial approach will not make u richer

D earns around 18kper month right included all the allowances , can get loan for one landed then get the spouse to take another loan
Interestingly a fair no of D/CD not born singaporeans but from our friendly neighbour

Can i seek advise from other clusters , is it routine that GDFM FP get B grade and MMEd FP gets A . I am doing a fair amt of extra things and projects but still got a B last year , was told for A need more admin, more research , but some MMED FP who just string along as co-partners in some workgroup but actually not doing much and portfolio is lesser than mine got an A

Heard that usually MMED FP gets A where im from . Is this also the same case in other clusters . I am not jealous , just frstrated , this makes me not want to do any admin
