The partnership carrot used to be a strong incentive at the big firms. But a lot of big firms are also making up less and less associates

Why are millennials such precious snowflakes these days? Back in the good old days there is no such thing as "depression" or "work-life balance". No wonder our government is forced to sign CECA agreement to replace the weaklings among us.

Drew operates on a "fixed" team system, if you are in the right team(s), then yes (e.g. if you are in one of the SC teams). For liti, the "firm" is not as important as the head of the team you are in.
