Some times I dun understand why the junior analyst don't want to just resign and find other job...they treat this job like their family like that
only the senior people resign nowaday, the young analyst make themselves a easy target to be manipulate by the management.
if everyone resign, I am sure the management will think twice before taking more benefit away

Lack of real hard and soft skills I guess.
Many junior analysts are tasked to do low value adding work like scheduling meetings, taking minutes, manual testing, documentation, etc
All these skills are pretty much useless to put in your resume when looking for better opportunities

Receiving offer for TAP
Does anyone know how long it takes to receive an official letter after receiving an email that they want to extend the offer but need to get an approval from higher ups?

Because junior analysts cannot find other jobs, they are "juniors" right?
Seniors can afford to resign because they probably have other job offers already lined up. One mistake that a lot of juniors make is thinking they can just resign and find another job... only to resign, can't find job, many months go by, still cannot find job, months later they finally secure an interview and the HR person says "wow why do you have x months gap in your employment?" and you need to make up some excuse....
If HR don't like your excuse, it's GG, back to square 1.. finding jobs again as your unemployment gap grows bigger and bigger...

I feel like things like documentation might not be that easily replaceable because one would need context to the business to be able to churn out that document. Also, it takes time to learn all the business process of a system. It’s not that easily replaceable.

Females afterall, many females don’t prefer a female higher up or manager because it tends to be hard to work with or build rapport. If the female manager don’t like you gg liao your life sure ruin. They tend to bring their emotions into work so damn sian. Heard of so many of such cases. Didn’t Accenture have this infamous duo lady managers that always go everywhere in pairs and have quite a bad rep around? A and L…
