There is still chance for WLB, if nobody notice you after 6, quietly leave the office, dun give the boss chance to "catch" you

Funny thing about Accenture is that all is Heng suay depend on project/ team. You can be in a same project where you are barely doing anything and go home on time daily while other teams are working 60 hours weeks.
My last project the test team always dying while other teams like TA is chilling. Also see before change management team has nothing to do before UAT starts and the team just WFH everyday but I bet they not even at their laptops during office hours

We used to WFH 4 days in a week, but we have DSU every morning, so you need to provide updates on the tasks assigned to you. Once you have some free bandwidth, new tasks will be assigned to you.

Find opportunities and build specific skills that can comfortably land you a role outside in the future.

This also depends on what role you’re holding in ACN aka what function you’re in - S&C/Tech/Song/Security etc and what’s the industry or job or company you want to jump to in future.

lol, CM team is also jialat one on those tech projects please. Always small team of 2 ppl - 1 A and 1 C. A lot of work also, have never seen a chill CM team on any projects especially tech projects. Ok lah except cumulus that one unique and damn funny, 10 ppl cm team like??!! Everyone also shock when heard even I myself in S&C, can only say the manager either some high rank in consulting ppl don’t dare say no to or domineering enough to demand that team size.
